Ventnor Boats was established in New Jersey in 1902 as a quality boat builder, designing boats intended to set speed records. They continually innovated both hull design and engine implementation to best their own speeds over their decades of production. Originally building in wood, they eventually transitioned to fiberglass as all boat builders did to survive the changes in the industry.
