Upgrades

Up Grades, not maintenance

 

1. Garmin GPS MAP 1243xsv, with DT51-TH transducer
2. Garmin GC 100 Wireless camara mounted on stern to assist in backing
3. 120 volt pro mariner battery charger  Pronautic 1240 40 amp, with smart gauge
4. Secondary 120 volt shore power 30 amp service added to panel box, 25 ft cord included

Maintenance

Rebuilt vac-flush pump and new stool seals

Prop Tuned and balanced by Murphys prop shop in norfolk

All zincs replaced

Replaced cutlass bearing

Bottom paint

Remove swim platform, refinish and reinstall

Remove trim tabs refinish and install

Reseal all thru transom thru holes

Install 120 volt outlet in engine compartment

Replace shower sump and pump (Rule 800)

Replace forward bilge pump (Rule 500)

Oil change on engine and Generator, inspect clamps, hoses, belts

Replace fuel filters

Install new zinc’s on engine

Install engine exhaust hose

Repair anchor wash down pump wiring

Replace gypsy on Lewmar Windless

Remove batteries , replace battery platform, reinstall  batteries

replace crossover fuel line

Service both AC units, to include pump strainers and hosed

Install new stern thruster blades

Replace forward shutoff value

Remove engine room blower, clean service and repaint

Replace battery isolator

Layout

On the flybridge there is endless wraparound seating and a center helm station with incredible 360 degree views and it can be fully protected by a complete isinglass enclosure. Just behind the helm is a folding alfresco dining table to compliment the flybridge propane BBQ and sink. Also on the flybridge is a large aft sunning area with a fixed table.
 
 On deck you will find a large aft cockpit and swim platform with door. Going forward on the sidewalks they are wide and the railing is extra tall with beefy piping to give you a firm grip and confidence walking around outside. On the bow is even more open space and a generous anchor locker with windlass and Sampson post.
 
 Going inside via the aft tri-fold doors or starboard side sliding helm door you will find an incredible space that has room for you and your guests. There is a sofa with pull out bed, SmartTV, standup refrigerator and a spacious galley. Up front there is a dinette with seating for four and an interior helm station for this most unpleasant cruising days.
 
 Down the stairs you'll find two well appointed cabins. The master has a centerline island berth with lockers on the sides and under the bed. To port there is a guest cabin with two singles that can be transformed with a sliding board to find a larger single bed. To starboard is a large head with a combination shower/bathtub.
 
 If you are looking for a comfortable, well maintained motor yacht that is turn key and ready to go, you have found it.
