REFIT HISTORY

2011:
SUNDECK - modification carried out in 2011 at Monaco Marine, to enclose gymnasium area and remove Jacuzzi. 

2014:
Full paint job at MB92 Barcelona with Pinmar. Completed in MB92 watershed. 
Generator No 3, 12066 hours. Generator overhauled. New injectors, oil pump, turbo cartridge, cylinder liners with piston and connection rods, new air cooler core, bearings, and hoses. New coolant oil and filters. Reman HUEI pump, new starter motor, reman cylinder head with new valve and valves seating 

2015:
DO Purifier, 1000 hours service at 2050 running hours 
Generator no. 2, new HEUI pump at 12773 hours
Generator no. 3, new HUEI pump at 12450 hours 
Main engine port, new sea water cooling pump installed 
Jet ski 1, new jet ski picked up in Martinique 
Tender no. 2, new engine installed 
AC, system checked by NR Cooling, new re-heater installed to No 2 AHU unit
Rescue boat crane, new hook installed, new winch cable installed. Crane Load test completed. 
Stern door, the rams and pins replaced during shipyard period in La Ciotat.

Generator no. 1, generator overhauled, original stock spare parts used. Repair work carried out by Offshore Services 
12000 hours service at 13269 hours, new type of HUEI pump installed
Generator no.2, generator overhauled, original stock spare parts used. Repair work carried out by Offshore Services 
12000 hours service at 13336 hours 
New type HUEI pumps installed
HEUI pump and injector 2 failure, repair work carried out by Offshore Services under warranty from 12000H service that was carried out in May 2016 
Water makers, Sea Water pump rebuild. 
Foredeck crane, Crane serviced in the shipyard, all hydraulic rams and hydro motors serviced. New ram's bearings. New nonreturn valves installed. New flexible hoses and solenoid valves installed, control box replaced with new type, plastic one.
Main engines, 6000hr service 
Main engine starboard, new main sea water pump installed. 
New heat exchangers installed, high and low temperature loops.

2017:
10 year B.V. survey completed.
All safety equipment checked and operating.
All electrical installations, switch boards and distributing boxes insulations tested by authorized technicians. 
Main sea chests under water valves replaced with new, all underwater valves serviced and pressure tested.
Main engine exhaust valves replaced. (above and below water)
Generator engine exhausts valves replaced with new. (above and below water)
New propulsion shafts and hydra lube cutlass bearings installed, together with new symplex seals 
Gear boxes ZF, drive gears inspected by Class survey - no abnormalities observed; Coupling bolts tightness checked
Tanks, 
Water tanks port and starboard cleaned, washed panted, small touch ups.
Tanks super chlorinated with chlorine.
Water heater tank opened and cleaned. New hot water circulating pumps installed.

2018:
Full paint job at MB92 Barcelona, December 2018 to May 2019, rescue crane rebuild, hydraulic gangway rebuild.

2019:
Galley flooring repair (Amico Loano - winter), tender beam crane service work. 

2020:
CMR alarm monitoring system (upgrade to latest system), new electrical switchboard for aft hydraulics (stern door and gangway), and new electrical switchboard for steering gear. 
Main saloon interior refit by Andrée Putman of Paris

2021:
AV/IT refit (Rybovich), 15-year survey, transom door removal for new bushings and seals, hydraulic ram rebuilds. 

2022:
Port and starboard main engine gearbox rebuilds, new main engine exhaust elbows (DeAngelo Florida), fuel purifier rebuild, water maker plant rebuild. 

2023:
Consilium fire detection panel and heads – complete refit, engine room ventilation fans (rebuild), port and starboard ER ventilation silencers (rebuild), 

2024:
Two new Atlas shore power units 
Full Pinmar exterior (Awlgrip) paint job - Savannah Yacht Center
Three CAT C9 generators – major overhaul
Three new Leroy Somer alternators installed on CAT C9’s.
Two CAT 3516B – top end overhaul.
Bow thruster service.
Interior: all fire sprinkler heads replaced with new. 

2025:
Fresh water hydrophore: new bladder installed. 
Three new Hoshizaki icemakers installed: sundeck gym, upper pantry, lower pantry.
Interior: wooden floors in bridge, bridge foyer and captain’s cabin – re-varnished.
Foredeck: new anchor chains, new anchor swivels, new chain peelers, new anchor windlass gypsy’s, new chain pipe roller assembly’s, new anchor brake linings. 
Five Speich bridge windscreen wipers.  New motors and wiper arms. 
Westfalia fuel purifier: service and new PLC control panel.
One 72KW 400V  70 litres hot water boiler (Charot), 500 litres storage tank - replaced with new unit.
