AIR CONDITIONED HELM AND COCKPIT FOR YEAR-ROUND COMFORT
Almost 2 1/2 years ago, 747 Pilot Dave & embarked on a mission to find the cleanest 45'-55'' Express Cruiser we could find for under $500k. We reviewed and visited over 50 options before finding this diamond in the rough. She had one owner, lived at the same marina, and was maintained by the same people for 15 years...and it showed. She was cosmetically and mechanically superior to all other options, so we bought and surveyed her without hesitation.
The survey further supported that we found a great boat, though she did need some love (surveys and receipts available). Dave and his pilot buddy boat owners immediately started fixing and replacing everything that the surveyors said needed attention, not to mention less urgent (but fun) things such as a top-of-the-line stereo system, underwater lights, all new exterior cushions and an $8,000 couch.
Dave was so sure that he would have this boat for many years that he went above and beyond making this boat his own, and now wants to get something faster (because 35 knots isn't fast enough anymore).
