Sleeps up to (2) owners and guests in the forward stateroom plus double convertible salon sofa for a total of (4) overnight berths; one enclosed head with separate stall shower. LAYOUT from forward: Chain locker is followed by the FORWARD STATEROOM, offering centerline double berth; built-in storage; opening overhead skylight hatch plus outboard portlights; overhead lighting plus reading lights; privacy door aft.

FORWARD COMPANIONWAY follows, finding the ENCLOSED HEAD with separate stall shower to starboard. Aft and to port is the U-shaped DOWN GALLEY; up 3 steps lands on the MAIN DECK level, with INSIDE HELM STATION set forward to starboard with handy side deck access door. SALON extends aft, offering bar countertop over the galley and convertible sofa to port; opposite are a table with two stools and mounted flat screen TV.

Aft door opens to the ample COCKPIT, with molded steps up to the BOATDECK and FLYBRIDGE above; access to either walk-around SIDE DECK; and SWIM STEP finally aft with transom davits for her RIB tender. 

INTERIOR is clean throughout, 'teak and holly look' laminate sole - for the proper nautical look but easy maintenance, nice! CABIN HEAT is via diesel fired hydronic system. ENTERTAINMENT electronics include salon flat screen monitor and JVC stereo CD player.

Galley & Domestic

Well appointed GALLEY offers full features and equipment, including Princess 2-burner LPG galley stove; Kenmore combo convection / microwave oven; Vitifrigo drawer-style refrigerator / freezer; stainless steel galley sink; hot / cold pressure freshwater system with hot water heater; Corian countertops; and ample cabinet plus drawer storage throughout for wares and stores.

Deck & Hull

DECKS are easy-care fiberglass with molded-in non-skid; stainless safety rails; cockpit overhang; radar mast; international navigation lights; deck lighting; bow pulpit forward and swim step aft. GROUND TACKLE includes main anchor with chain / rode and anchor windlass at the foredeck. CANVAS package includes Bimini flybridge top with full clear enclosure. TENDER is an Avon console inflatable RIB with 2014 Yamaha F20SEA-6AHK outboard.

Mechanical Equipment & Engine Details

MAIN ENGINES are Yanmar 4LHA-STP showing approximately 1270 hours; CONTROL STATIONS at cabin and bridge helms; BOW THRUSTER; trim tabs; ZF reduction gears; oil X-change system; auto / manual bilge pump(s). NOTE engine room access via the lifting of the cockpit-to-flybridge stairs.
