ALL maintenance up to date and fully serviced...owners are perfectionists, and this Sundancer is ready to enjoy and cruise to your favorite destinations. This one shines like new (black hull sides painted 2023), and she has been kept under cover by her previous owners. Her two (2) stateroom and two (2) head layout allows for a generous mid cabin for entertaining, while the accommodations for family and friends are first class. The owner's suite is forward with an ensuite head, while the guest cabin to port has a large set of bunks and shares the day head with private access. There is also a leather sleeper sofa that converts to a full-size berth in the salon. Updated hardwood flooring throughout brings a richness to bear & the galley has all the updates, including a New Fridge & New Freezer in 2025. Sit back and immerse yourself in the full surround sound of the BOSE system while watching the big game on the updated big-screen TV.

Accommodations
The 52 Sundancer takes a back seat to few when it comes to luxury and open-water performance. Built on a deep-V hull with prop pockets to reduce the shaft angle, the Sundancer's innovative cockpit layout is notable. Arranged with a unique rotating lounge, the cockpit forms a single entertaining area rather than the divided space found in other express yachts. Another major change is found below — instead of the ubiquitous mid-cabin floorplan found in most express cruisers this size, both of the Sundancer's staterooms are forward. While there is a foldout bed option aft, this area is now part of the main salon making it even more expansive than before with posh Ultraleather sofas, 6'8" headroom, and built-in flat-screen TV/DVD. There are two full heads in this layout, and the galley includes plenty of storage as well as a hardwood floor. An extended swim platform, cherry interior cabinets, and fiberglass hardtop were standard. A well-finished yacht, Cummins V-drive diesels cruise the Sundancer at 26–28 knots (30+ top).
