Accommodation

The accommodation offers up to 6 berths in 2 cabins with good headroom throughout and is in unusually good condition with no significant marks to upholstery, linings, or surfaces.

FORWARD CABIN: Large cabin with offset island double berth, large mirror, flatscreen TV, opening hatch to foredeck, and ample storage in various lockers. Ensuite access to heads compartment.

HEADS: Located to port and equipped with a Jabsco electric freshwater flush marine toilet and wash basin, and separate shower head. Access from forward cabin and saloon.

SALOON: A large U-shaped seating area with saloon table is to starboard which drops to form a double berth when required. Useful additional stowage space is provided in overhead lockers, whilst an opening deck hatch and two opening portlights provide good natural light and ventilation, whilst a flatscreen TV provides entertainment.

GALLEY: Located to port and equipped with a stainless steel 2-burner gas hob, separate stainless steel oven with grill, fridge, twin stainless steel galley sinks, and good storage capacity.

AFT CABIN: Fitted with twin single berths with an infill to create a large double berth, a seat, vanity unit, hanging locker, and various cupboards. The aft cabin is unusually light and spacious thanks to the full beam design, opening hatch to the cockpit, and large portholes. 

High-quality cream suedette saloon upholstery, high gloss cherry cabinetry, and complimenting carpets and blinds throughout, give a fresh modern feel down below. Hot and cold pressurised water supplied via a calorifier with immersion heater. Holding tank (currently cleaned and disconnected but easily reinstated if required). Webasto diesel-fired warm air cabin heating. 

EXTERNAL SPACE: Spacious aft cockpit consisting of a wet bar area with sink and fridge, sun longer, double helm seating position with large locker beneath, and a U-shaped settee with cockpit table. The well-equipped dashboard has a stylish dark blue surround with aluminium finish around the gauges and controls adding to the feeling of quality. Teak-laid cockpit sole leading to the integrated teak-laid bathing platform via walk-thru transom. Hot and cold transom shower. Built-in aft canopy storage compartment in radar arch.

Mechanical & Electrical

Mechanical Systems

Located beneath the cockpit sole in a soundproofed engine compartment, twin Volvo Penta D4-260 4-cylinder 260hp turbo diesel engines. Freshwater cooled via heat exchangers. Volvo Penta Duo-Prop outdrive legs with bronze propellers. Twin aluminium fuel tanks giving a combined capacity of 564 litres.  Full engine instrumentation. Engine room extractor fans and lighting. Bow thruster with joystick control. Electric trim tabs. 

The engines and legs have been professionally maintained and are in excellent condition having run for apx. 1100 hrs since new, equating to optimum usage of around 80hrs per season. They have an excellent service record and have a full service history. 

Electrical Systems

3 x 12V 100ah batteries with link switch. Shore power system with ring main, 40amp battery charger, and immersion heater for water heating. Full cabin lighting upgraded with low wattage LED bulbs. Cockpit lighting in radar arch.
