General overhaul of the MTU main engines:

• Bench overhaul of fresh water pumps

• Cleaning and overhaul of heat exchangers

• Draining and flushing of the fresh water cooling system

•Removal, overhaul and cleaning of turbochargers (3 per engine)

•Removal and bench testing of all injectors 

•Replacement of both Common Rail pumps with new units

Replacement of electronic ZF throttles on the Flybridge, a custom wooden protective cover was built to protect the new throttles.

Replacement of exhaust risers, including flexible joints.

Complete hull stripping to bare fiberglass by sandblasting, followed by application of suitable primers.
