Description
The FIPA Maiora 27 is a boat made entirely of fibreglass by the renowned shipyard in Massa. The design echoes stylistic elements already present in other models in the range, such as the typical extended deckhouse windows with a cut towards the stern and the roll bar on the flybridge sloping towards the bow.
This model is in good condition thanks to various works carried out over the years, including:
- overhauled pumps
- new autoclave
- new AC pump
- fuel tank cleaning
- overhauled watermakers (2025)
- new service battery charger
- overhauled and rectified shafts, bearing bushes
- overhauled blowers
- insulated exhausts
- new porthole gaskets
- fly and bow cranes overhauled
- new fly engine instrumentation
- new cockpit shower
The engines have been completely overhauled and thoroughly serviced (07/2025).

Disposition of interiors
The deck, starting from the stern, consists of: a cockpit with sofa and outdoor table, while inside there is a spacious and bright dinette with a lounge area equipped with a C-shaped sofa and a living with a table and seating for 8 guests. Continuing towards the bow, there is the galley located along the port side and then the internal wheelhouse area.
The lower deck is dedicated to the sleeping area, which is composed as follows: full-beam owner's cabin in the centre of the hull with relaxation corner, office area, dressing room and private bathroom; 2 guest cabins with flat beds and foldaway pullman beds, while the VIP cabin is located in the bow. All cabins are equipped with en-suite bathrooms. At the far bow, an access hatch from the deck leads to the crew quarters, consisting of a cabin with two berths and a toilet.
The fly bridge is dedicated to outdoor living, although it is protected by the roll bar awning. On this deck, starting from the stern, there is a large sunbathing area, a third dinette and the external wheelhouse for pleasant open-air cruising
Il ponte di coperta, partendo dalla zona poppiera è composto da: pozzetto con divano e tavolo esterno mentre internamente si trova la spaziosa e luminosa dinette con zona salone attrezzata con divano a C e zona soggiorno con tavolo e sedute per 8 ospiti. Proseguendo verso prua vi è il locale cucina posto lungo la murata di sinistra e successivamente la zona timoneria interna.
Il ponte inferiore è dedicato alla zona notte così composta: cabina armatoriale a tutto baglio a centro scafo con angolo relax, zona ufficio, dressing room e locale bagno riservato; 2 cabine ospiti speculari con letti in piano e letti a pullman a scomparsa mentre a prua la cabina VIP. Tutte sono dotate di bagno en-suite. A prora estrema, attraverso un passo d’uomo dal ponte di coperta, si accede invece al locale equipaggio composto da cabina con 2 cuccette e una toilette.
Il fly bridge è dedicato alla vita all’aria aperta benché sia protetto dal tendalino del roll-bar. Su questo ponte, partendo da poppa, vi è un’ampia zona prendisole, una terza dinette e la timoneria esterna per una piacevole guida en plein air.
