Description
The Brandsma Vlet 1200 AK SP "Passie" is an elegant, very well-equipped motor yacht that leaves nothing to be desired in terms of comfort.
In the fore ship, there is a guest cabin with a spacious V-bed, a bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet, a 4-seat dinette, and a U-shaped galley with a large worktop, 3-burner ceramic hob and stainless steel sink, extractor hood, 2 refrigerators, a combination microwave/grill/oven, dishwasher, boiler, and coffee maker, as well as plenty of storage space for dishes, pots, food, etc. Under the galley floor is a "cellar" for wine, beer, water, etc.
The large, bright salon invites cozy living. The owner can relax on the L-shaped sofa, listen to the radio, enjoy a TV or DVD, or play or socialize with children, friends, and guests. Opposite, in the spacious wall cabinet, is the communication center with retractable TV/DVD, radio, CD, speaker control panel, and space for all the things you don't want to miss on a long journey. The wall to the aft cabin contains electrical panels, radio, and other electronic devices and displays, as well as a barometer and ship's clock. In the aft ship, there is a separate room with shower, sink, and washer/dryer combination, the owner's cabin with a freestanding bed, plenty of storage space in various cabinets, and another separate room with toilet and sink. The walls of the bathrooms and toilets are tiled.
The standing height is approximately 2.00 meters throughout the living space of the ship.
The engine room with propulsion and generator is accessible via two large hatches in the salon.
The very spacious aft deck has two teak tables that can be made into one large table, with cabinets underneath. The four upholstered seating areas can accommodate a group of up to 10 people. The floor is covered with teak wood. The tent over the entire aft deck provides protection in the rain and can be folded away when the sun is shining. A door in the middle of the aft ship provides access to the swimming platform via a stainless steel ladder. There you can use the outdoor shower after a refreshing dip.
The Passie is truly fully equipped for a long, very pleasant stay, in good condition, well maintained, and ready to go!
