Now available in Australian waters, "STAR 888".
This Luxury Convertible 36 (LXC36) is the flagship vessel from Van Diemen. Custom designed and built, it features the patented convertible roof and windows harmoniously integrated into composite construction with precision engineering. Incorporating Seakeeper gyroscopic stabilization, the LXC36 outperforms its peers in versatility and stability.
When desired, the roof and windows open fully to allow guests to enjoy the open air, or enclose for private luxury seating for 13 guests. A beautifully appointed and air conditioned washroom with head is situated forward of the helm.
She holds a 2D Certificate of Survey allowing for 2 Crew and 12 unberthed guests representing an excellent opportunity for commercial operators or private owners alike.
The vessel’s transom door can be fully lowered creating a seamless transition to the aft deck for ease of boarding. With custom removable handrails, this feature maximizes the entertainment area for guests.
Powered by twin 370HP Yanmar 8LV’s and reaching top speeds over 30 knots, the LXC36 is built for performance and comfort. Fore and aft helm stations, gyroscopic stabilisation and trim tabs ensure comfortable cruising in any conditions.
