Description
Jollification is a Broom 35 Coupe recently repriced to £175,000 now offering amazing value for money and quality, delivered by Tingdene Boat sales in September 2017. It is one of the very last Broom Boats built for the private market. The boat has had very light use and features a rare 2 cabin layout: a master cabin forward and a side cabin with 2 spacious bunks. The saloon includes the helm and galley to port, along with an "L" shaped sofa and aft seating creating a full U to starboard. A flip-up co-pilot seat is included in the forward settee. A port side door is fitted adjacent to the helm, and an electric opening sunroof with a second glazed section provides amazing light to the saloon. The cockpit is accessible via bifold doors and features a peak with an opening sunroof, surrounding canopy, and an aft portside access door to the bathing platform. The seating includes comfortable cushions, and the saloon back cushions are removable to create a larger double berth. The side decks are accessible by steps to port and starboard, surrounded by twin sturdy stainless steel rails. Prior to marketing, Jollification has been fully surveyed, serviced, antifouled, polished, and is ready for purchase and enjoyment
