Cockpit and swim platform 

Powered by twin Volvo IPS600 engines with ~780 hours and pod drives, the swift trawler can reach speeds of 20 knots, with its most efficient cruising around 12 and 15 knots. Also equipped with a 13.5 kVA 220 V/60 Hz Onan Generator and cocoon to provide ample power off the dock.  

Stepping aboard via the hydraulic swim platform, you are immediately welcomed by effortless water access and convenient tender handling. Underwater lighting enhances the vessel’s evening presence, while the starboard side is equipped with Cablemaster shore power for simplified dockside connections. Accessed from the swim platform, the crew quarter provides versatile space  that can also be utilized for water toy storage or spare fenders.

Wide molded steps lead smoothly up into the teak-appointed cockpit, which is further protected by a thoughtfully designed gangway door to help shield the space from spray while underway. The cockpit itself is arranged as a true outdoor living area. The extended flybridge overhang provides welcome shade and weather protection, effectively lengthening the usable boating season with the full enclosure. Built-in wrap around seating, complemented by space for a dining table, creates an inviting setting for dockside entertaining or relaxed evenings at anchor. A starboard-side joystick docking station adds an extra layer of confidence and control when maneuvering in tight quarters.

Side Decks and Bow 

Moving forward, the Swift Trawler’s wide, protected side decks make line handling safe and stress-free. The high rails and deep walkways are a hallmark of the Swift series. At the bow, you’ll find a generous foredeck with ample space and large sunpad with a removable bow sun shade. The electric windlass and ground tackle are positioned for efficient anchoring, while the elevated bow offers excellent sightlines when underway. 

Flybridge 

Heading up to the flybridge, the Swift Trawler 50 truly shines as an entertainer. The upper deck is intelligently divided into multiple zones. The port side flybridge galley is particularly impressive, equipped with a sink, fridge, electric grill and storage space, making this perfect for entertaining, with space behind for a tender or sun loungers with a custom built sun shade for above this area. Forward, there is wrap around seating with a fold out teak table making this the perfect place to enjoy meals or beverages. The Twin Beneteau embroidered helm seats swivel around doubling as extra seating space for gathering at the table. 

The center helm has excellent visibility and is fully equipped, ensuring maneuverability is seamless. The helm features joystick docking, bow thruster, twin 12” touch screen Raymarine multifunction displays, radar, auto pilot, trim tab controls, compass, rudder angle indicator and VHF.

Cabin 

Entering through the sliding glass doors, the main salon welcomes you with large vertical windows, providing natural light and excellent sight-lines while underway. Throughout there is exceptional headroom and warm wood finishes. To Starboard, there is large L shaped seating (in dark grey upholstery) that converts into a bed, and port side cabinetry with ample space for storage and a pop-up TV.  She is also equipped with a central vacuum system, heating and air conditioning, hot water heater, and UV water filtration system.

The U-shaped galley is positioned perfectly for both entertaining and offshore practicality. It features generous counter space, abundant storage, and full-size appliances suitable for extended cruising including an induction cook top, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with second unit that has two pull out drawers - one can be used as a freezer, salon ice maker, separate wine fridge, garbage locker accessed from the gangway, hanging glass unit and ample storage space throughout. A clever service hatch with dumbwaiter connects the galley directly to the flybridge, making it easy to pass food and drinks topside with a serving tray.  

To port side there is a dinette with storage underneath and sliding windows behind. This dinette can convert into a bench or be used as an extra berth for long passages.

Forward on the main deck sits the raised lower helm — one of the defining features of the Swift Trawler line. The helm offers everything the flybridge does with panoramic views and a starboard side sliding door, making docking a breeze. 

Accommodations

Descending to the lower deck, the Swift Trawler 50 offers a true three-stateroom layout that rivals many larger yachts. The full beam owners stateroom aft and features a walkaround island berth, excellent natural light, and abundant storage, a safe for valuables and a full hanging locker. To port, she features a desk/ vanity with a pull out bench and more additional hanging locker space and a mounted flat screen TV. The ensuite is thoughtfully split with separate enclosed shower and full vanity with one sink and a separate electric toilet compartment with separate vanity with sink for added privacy and functionality.

Forward in the bow, the VIP guest stateroom features a comfortable island berth with walk- around access on both sides, generous headroom, and ample storage including a hanging locker. A mounted flat-screen TV enhances onboard comfort and entertainment. Spacious and well-appointed, this VIP stateroom rivals many vessels’ primary suites.

Conveniently located just beside the cabin is the day head for easy guest access. Also equipped with electric toilet, separate shower, vanity with sink and storage space. 

The third cabin features twin bunks, perfect for additional guests or children. Also hidden away is a separate washer and dryer. This flexible space is one of the reasons the Swift Trawler 50 is so popular with cruising families. 

The crew cabin (accessed from the cockpit) also features a single bed, shower with tray,  toilet, sink and two opening portholes.
