Description
The Manhattan 66 is a hugely popular vessel in the Sunseeker range and was awarded the Motorboat and Yachting award for the best flybridge over 66ft in 2018.
At the cockpit, there is a fantastic bar area and an aesthetically pleasing stairway. Particularly impressive is the galley-aft layout, which is found practical as it can serve both the cockpit and the areas further forward.
Up to the flybridge, there is extensive seating, a large table, and hardtop with a large opening section providing options for shade. He praises the bar area, sunbathing space next to the helm, and the helm position that allows the boat to be driven from the upper deck. Walking around to the foredeck it is noted that the Sunseeker 66 Manhattan features safe and wide side decks. There is a direct access door from the helm to the side, a useful feature for berthing.
Moving on to the saloon area, there is a sleek design and good proximity to the helm, which is found very appealing. At the helm, the chairs are comfortable with a modern all-glass dashboard, which does not feature any traditional dials. Descending below deck, the guest cabins are toured, highlights are the large wardrobes and good-sized beds. Another optional layout could mean one of the guest cabins can be made into an ensuite. The full-beam owner's cabin has its own private access via a stairway from the main deck. Main features are the large windows, quaint breakfast nook, and a sizable TV. The owner's cabin also has an impressive ensuite shower.
