POCO LOCO 4 is a beautiful example of these timeless HT yachts with very high-quality construction and a single owner. Its design was slightly modified when commissioned to include a "service room" with a washer and dryer and to create additional storage space in the kitchen and in the main cabin. These useful improvements, along with the water maker, make it a very comfortable cruising yacht and also ideal for longer trips.
EQUIPMENT
The design has been slightly modified to accommodate a service room and create additional storage space in the kitchen and the main cabin. This vessel features many smart and truly useful improvements.
The standard dining area on the lower deck has been replaced by a service and storage room, with a separate Miele washing machine and Miele dryer, as well as cabinets with soft-close drawers, creating a large and very convenient storage space.
For information: this transformation is reversible if someone prefers a cabin with bunk beds, for example, instead of the service room.
Interior finish: oak carpentry (silver oak) with satin finish and brushed matte wenge floors in the living room, staircase, lower deck, and kitchen.
