Hybrid Model - Diesel & Electric Motors

'Laguna' is a state of the art Hybrid Motor Yacht powered by twin Volvo Penta D3 220 EVC Diesel engines and twin 14kW Electric motors. The electric motors offer silent navigation and zero emissions whilst activated, and they will produce 20kW of generator power whilst the twin Diesel engines are activated. There are hydraulic clutches, this results in a seamless operation of full electric power using just a single button once the Diesel engines are switched off. Wide spanning air-cooled solar panels, tastefully integrated into the roof of this vessel, will provide enough electricity on a sunny day to run every appliance. There is a hydraulic bathing platform that is fully submersible, complete with flush mounted tender chocks and fasteners. This leads us into to the spacious aft cockpit area and full walk around side decks port & starboard. The aft dining area features a comfortable seating area and a large teak dining table with drinks holders. Storage is plentiful on this boat, and includes a substantial storage area under the aft cockpit seating, which is easily accessed and very spacious, providing comfortable access to the electric systems. An important hallmark design element on this model is the large upward opening galley window which brings the galley and aft cockpit area together beautifully, making this a very practical and sociable area. The fully fitted galley with plenty of storage is located on the starboard side, the fridge and microwave oven are located on the port side. This then leads into the salon area where there is a sofa which will comfortably seat up to 6 people, and a dining table that will convert into a day bed or an extra double berth. Two further seats are located to starboard with an accompanying bar. In the salon sole there is a utility room with washer/dryer and a storage area, accessed via a teak step ladder. The double size helm seat has all of the factory fitted controls, switches and electronic equipment within easy reach. There is a Raymarine Power Steer system installed and an upgraded autopilot pump, for easy steering whilst manoeuvring this motor yacht in port. There is also a wired remote control to operate the autopilot from the forward sunbathing area. The large access door at the helm position provides easy access to the starboard side deck which features a high gunwale and a boarding door, the high gunwale offers all onboard a very safe and comfortable walk around the side decks. The immaculate and spacious interior features a 3 stateroom and 2 head layout, chosen by the current owner, the interior looks and feels like it's a brand new. The forward master stateroom has a double bed with ensuite and there are twin berths located to either side, with an ensuite on the starboard side which can also be accessed from the centre line corridor. All of the cabins have ample storage space for those extended times onboard. Launching at Boot Düsseldorf in January 2019 we will be presenting a Coupe version of our popular Flybridge yacht, Greenline 48. Market research and numerous inquiries for a larger Coupe style yacht resulted in the development of the Greenline 48 Coupe, offering a unique level of living quality onboard thanks to Greenline’s One Level Living concept and independence. Independence in terms of not having to search for marinas to plug in and rather stay at anchor as long as you like. The 48 Coupe is equipped with staggering 2.4 kW of solar panels on the roof in standard, which is equal to a small generator running all the time. Having continuous and almost unlimited amount of power onboard to run all the onboard appliances in silence, without using any fossil fuels, is not only much friendlier to the environment, but also significantly increases the quality of living onboard.
