2021 Adonia Yacht "PACE" is an 82'x22' Luxury Houseboat.

The share that is available is Trip #7 with dates of August 13th - August 22nd every year. It is a 9 day share.

The annual dues are $14,000 and the buyer will be responsible for the 2025 dues. The turn around fee of $1,890.

Additional time use is out side the main season and goes for $200 per day.

This share does come with Jet skis, use of the slip the boat holds, cart for transporting around the marina and paddleboards.
