Immersed cockpit design
The immersed cockpit design allows us to create an open boat with an extremely low center of gravity. By forcing weight down in the boat, we gain balance, stability, and safety. Not only will all passengers enjoy stable movement around the craft, but more importantly the driver will have an easier job keeping the hull in balance in the rough. The immersed cockpit floor also reduces turbulence around the helm and optimizes the driver’s position, without the need for a dominant console. It’s a design that ticks all the boxes, providing comfort, safety, and aesthetical satisfaction.
An optimum angle of attack
An optimum angle of attack and low vertical pitching ensures extreme sea keeping, while the minimum hydrodynamic drag optimizes hull-efficiency – producing fuel savings of 25-30% compared to a well-designed traditional V-shaped bottom. The harmonized balance, weight, and design eliminate the planning threshold, giving the 23 Tender a peerless cruising capability and superior top-speed potential.
Vinylester and high density Divinycell core
23 feet boats aren’t usually built with vacuum infused Vinylester and high density Divinycell core. So why do we bother? The 23 Tender is designed to cut through waves at high speed, and both its construction and materials must absorb and withstand the energy of those repeated impacts. This is only achievable with the finest materials, evolving know-how, and state-of-the-art techniques.
