Incredibly built Nieland Explorer 50 by DSA Yachts - Ossenzijl (built in 2020/2021 and delivered in 2022). This beautiful sight on the water lives up to its name "One Off" with flair. The entire yacht is well thought out and no expenses were spared during the construction process. Consider the spacious layout of this yacht combined with its shallow draft (approximately 0.98 meters) and its beautiful appearance. The yacht is surrounded by a stunning and low-maintenance Flexiteak deck with a beautiful stainless steel handrail, stainless steel cleats, double-arm wipers, an electrically lowering mast, 2 opening doors in the transom leading to the swim platform, a folding swim ladder, a bimini at the outdoor steering position, and a spacious deck with wide walkways and ample seating. The fixed wheelhouse is generously designed with good visibility all around, enough seating, two side doors to the walkways, a Webasto electric sunroof with mosquito net, and a beautiful steering position with extensive navigation equipment and a Recaro steering chair. From the fixed wheelhouse, the cozy salon is easily accessible. In the salon, there is a comfortable seating area, a door to the aft deck, and the modern galley equipped with high-quality Siemens appliances (induction cooktop with integrated extraction + dishwasher + oven/microwave), Bodega wine cooler, and the galley features a beautiful granite countertop. From the wheelhouse, the two cabins can be accessed. The master bedroom is located at the front of the yacht and features a beautiful freestanding double bed with plenty of wardrobe space and a spacious wet cell with electric toilet, shower cabin, sink with granite top, and storage space. The guest cabin has a fixed double bed, wardrobe space, and a second wet cell with electric toilet, shower cabin, and sink with granite top. In the hallway, there is a laundry room with Siemens washer/dryer. Throughout the yacht, the chic American walnut interior stands out in combination with the indirect LED lighting. This yacht is robustly built, cozily designed, and has a low air draft with the mast lowered (approximately 3.60 meters) - a lower air draft can be realized in consultation.
