The houseboat is fully furnished and hardly used. Good sailing, 2 x stern and 2 x bow thruster, fully equipped with 12 solar panels, almost self-sufficient. Two beautiful large double bedrooms with plenty of storage space. The owners chose the finest materials during construction.

It is sustainably built on fully maintenance-free plastic PE floats and a galvanized steel frame (recoated in June 2025) with a fender. Timber frame construction with a steel frame as a superstructure. Strong composite deck parts (Profidek dark gray) on the front and rear deck (and side edge). The exterior features beautiful Platowood as cladding.
The bottom is fully insulated, as are the floor and walls. The insulated low-maintenance walls are decorated inside with beautiful panel wood cladding, creating a very warm atmosphere in the boat.
