Description
This 246DC, built by Pursuit, is the perfect example of what a dual console should offer a family. An even blend of a family boat with all the comfort options that will still handle the blue-water that some seek. This is an opportunity to save a bundle from a new boat price while getting a 246 that is in nearly-new condition. With only 92 hours on the Yamaha, the owner of this boat has taken meticulous care of not only the motor, but also the overall condition of the boat. The custom covers have done a great job protecting the interior upholstery, helm and gelcoat from the elements.
The location of this boat is unique in the sense that it is lift-kept on a man-made body of fresh water. The owner of the boat must use a loch system to lift the boat over a seawall before entering the Manatee River. Once the owner brings the boat back in from a day on the water, over the loch system it must go and then back to the lift. All the while, the motor is run through fresh water for nearly 10 minutes before being returned to the lift.
