This Azimut Atlantis 45 was built to order for one of our regular customers and according to high specifications. The experienced family received the yacht at the Azimut delivery center yard in Savona in late summer 2023 and spent two weeks in the Mediterranean with this yacht. Immediately after their vacation, the yacht was transported by truck to our headquarters in Hellevoetsluis (Netherlands) to then wait in heated winter storage for the new season. In the summer of 2024, it departed for its home port near Bruges in Belgium and on fresh water. Due to a change in plans, this beautiful yacht unexpectedly comes up for sale.
The Atlantis 45 is no less than 4.25m wide, and you notice that immediately. Via the hydraulic swim platform, we reach the cockpit, which has a large sunbed on top of the garage, the Fusion stereo system, a wet bar with electric grill plate and refrigerator, a second sunbed on the port side that transforms into a comfortable seat during longer trips, and a richly equipped dashboard with a Garmin Platinum navigation package.
The Azimut Atlantis 45 is equipped with a hydraulic swim platform and a garage with a hydraulically opening door for the tender, a Zodiac 230 AeroDeck with Yamaha F6CMHS outboard motor.
Below deck, we find a fully equipped galley with plenty of storage space, Miele built-in combi microwave, induction cooktop, and a very spacious refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment. The salon offers a comfortable U-shaped sofa with a simple manually operated high/low salon table, which can easily be converted into an extra bed. The day toilet with a separate shower room is also located there, which also belongs to the unexpectedly spacious guest cabin. This cabin has two separate beds that can easily be transformed into one large bed, and next to it, there is another single bed, bringing the total number of sleeping places in this Atlantis 45 to no less than 7.
The owner's cabin is located in the bow and is a nice and bright space, of course also equipped with its own ensuite bathroom. All spaces benefit from a powerful air conditioning system, including the cockpit. The stylish interior, with a tasteful color scheme, has hardly been used.
