Cockpit

The cockpit is a great place to relax underway, or at anchor. The large L-shaped sofa around the folding gloss teak table is well protected by ¾ clears and a fixed sunshade overhead. Electrically operated overhead hatches may be opened to increase natural airflow. A large wetbar is found to starboard and this contains the electric BBQ, drawer fridge, icemaker and sink. Additional refrigeration has been fitted below the port cockpit seat for easy access to cold drinks. The cockpit and steps to the swim platform are laid with teak. 

Foredeck

One finds the sunpad with adjustable headrests and drink holders, and two further deck lockers. Two anchor lockers house the chain and also the remote control for the windlass. This can also be operated from the helm with the assistance of an anchor camera forward. Fresh and salt water outlets can be found on the foredeck and in the cockpit for washdowns. 

Accommodations

Measuring 50ft 3in length overall, this luxurious yacht is very comfortable to be aboard and can sleep six guests in three cabins, including a full beam master stateroom. The interior is finished in Matt Oak timber with a neutral palette chosen for soft furnishings. Sheer window blinds in the salon and master stateroom are motorized, with black out blinds in the staterooms for additional comfort overnight. Interior comfort comes from the upgraded tropical air-conditioning throughout the boat. 

Galley

The Galley aft has solid surface ‘waterfall’ benchtops which extend to the floor making for a pleasing aesthetic, and this is complemented by white 2-pac painted overhead cupboards for a sleek and modern look. The galley is well equipped with a dual-door fridge/freezer, a combination microwave/oven, dishwasher and an electric cooktop. A famous feature from Riviera is the opening rear bulkhead window between galley and cockpit. This opens up the space beautifully and makes serving to the cockpit very convenient. 

Electrical

46SY19 has an upgraded generator (from 11Kw to 13.5Kw) as well as 32A and 15A shorepower capability. All power on board is managed via the CZone system with fixed displays at the helm and salon aft on hand for touchscreen monitoring and operation of all on board systems. This CZone may also be operated via an Ipad app for remote convenience. A Siren Marine subscription also comes with the boat to allow for owner to monitor on board systems whilst away, and be alerted to any alarms on board. Other significant items fitted to 46SY19 include a Seakeeper M6 gyro stabilizer, HRO Seafari 100ltrs/hr watermaker, larger navigation screens at the helm, Radar, AIS and foredeck/underwater lighting.

Hydraulics

The hydraulic swim platform aft is mounded non-slip GRP with removeable/adjustable tender cradle chocks. The platform is rated to 300kg. The Toy Garage hatch opens electrically and gives access to this voluminous space for storage. Cleverly designed, it can handle all the cruising gear as well as a fully inflated stand up paddle board. Whilst storage can be lacking on some boats, this is not the case on the Riviera 4600 Sport Yacht.
