OVERVIEW

The Sirena 58 VIAKAREY is designed to perform efficiently across a wide range of speeds, with a displacement mode that allows extensive range for long cruising legs and a planing mode that provides faster cruising speeds to optimize time. With comparatively low fuel consumption, Sirena Yachts and German Frers have created a hull capable of carrying her owners on long passages, and the stability and comfortable ride ensure they will enjoy the voyage.

The volume of the hull is quite large for her LOA, allowing the available space to be used to create a more open layout than is common on a boat of this size, with lines of sight and headroom more typical of a much larger yacht. The result is a combination of clean lines and airy spaces that help to focus the mind while relaxing the body.

VIAKAREY is offered by her original build owner following an amazing Mediterranean cruise, shipment to the United States, and light use in South Florida and the Yucatán Peninsula.

VIAKAREY’s interior, imagined by Tommaso Spadolini, is a bright, modern sanctuary marked by expansive hull portlights in the primary and VIP staterooms and striking glasswork throughout the main deck. Her main salon is midship, filled with natural light, and effortlessly transitions between lounging and dining for six to eight guests. The galley is full-beam and aft, offering direct access to both interior and alfresco dining areas, with generous storage and five-star culinary capability.

Accommodations aboard are smartly arranged, offering a three-stateroom layout with en-suites, plus crew quarters for two. The full-beam primary suite sits midship and features a centerline king berth, his-and-hers hanging lockers, lounge settees, and a large en-suite with stall shower. The VIP stateroom is forward with a queen island berth, ample storage, and its own private head and shower, while the guest cabin features twin berths, a hanging locker, and en-suite bath.

Outdoor living is where VIAKAREY truly shines. Her foredeck is designed for versatile relaxation, with a convertible sunpad, pop-up mood lighting, and a built-in settee and dining table, all shaded by optional carbon poles and awning. Wide walkarounds lead to a well-sheltered aft cockpit, where a centerline settee and dining table sit beneath the flybridge overhang. Water access is seamless via transom steps port and starboard, while large sliding glass doors and a pantograph side door connect indoor and outdoor spaces with ease.

Above, the flybridge offers a vast, well-appointed escape rarely seen on a yacht of this size. The helm station delivers superior control and comfort with clear sightlines, while guests enjoy a convertible lounge, built-in dining area, and a full suite of amenities: grill, drinks fridge, ice maker, propane hob, and teak decking with max thickness option. A carbon fiber hardtop with an electric awning adds flexible shade to this social centerpiece.

Semi-Displacement Hull

A semi-displacement hull form combines the efficiency of traditional displacement designs with the ability to achieve higher speeds when required. While these vessels typically operate in displacement mode—maintaining excellent fuel efficiency—they can take advantage of increased power to reach significantly greater speeds when conditions demand.

Compared with full-displacement hulls, semi-displacement designs draw less water and have reduced wetted surface area. This reduction minimizes drag and requires less horsepower to propel the vessel. As a result, a semi-displacement hull can deliver approximately 35% more speed at the same engine load as a full-displacement hull, or it can operate at the same speed while consuming substantially less fuel and energy.

The hard-chine configuration of a semi-displacement hull also contributes to superior stability compared with the rounded bottoms characteristic of full-displacement designs. This improves comfort both underway and at anchor, where semi-displacement vessels typically exhibit significantly reduced rolling motions.

Structure design

The vessel’s structural design is fully compliant with EN-ISO 12215 standards. The hull, deck, and superstructure are constructed using advanced composite sandwich technology, which enhances strength, reduces overall weight, and ensures consistent build quality. Sirena Yachts employs vinyl ester resins for maximum resistance to osmosis and superior surface finish, enabling the shipyard to provide a five-year warranty against osmosis.

The deck and superstructure incorporate carbon-hybrid reinforcements, providing an optimal balance of rigidity and lightness. Structural bulkheads are fabricated in PVC foam-core sandwich construction and are secondary bonded to the hull through lamination, ensuring a robust and unified structure throughout the vessel.
