The mBoat houseboat can remain stationary, moored in one spot, and connected to shore power and water. The house boat has a waste tank capacity of 2,400 liters. We can also outfit the floating house with a steering console and transom for future installation of an outboard motor.

• Roof: Monolithic design preventing any leakage.
• Tanks: 2,400-liter waste tank and 400-liter water tank.
• Living Area: Up to 39 m² (9.5 m x 4.1 m) with additional terraces.
• Customizable Internal Walls: Options for two / three bedrooms, one bedroom, or open space layout.
• Optional Sauna: Can be included in the design.
• Additional Windows: Customizable placement and size to meet customer needs.
• Longevity: Hull, walls, and roof have an approximate life expectancy of 50 years.

Our floating house is classified by the PRS (Polish Notified Body, an official European institution) as a motorboat and holds CE certification, category D.

If you wish to import a floating house into the UK, there's no requirement to pay local VAT, even for private individuals, as long as it is imported as a stationary houseboat (0 VAT for private in the UK).
