Houseboat ZOE 1200

The ZOE 1200 is very suitable as a houseboat for use in the summer months. However, it can also be insulated for an additional cost.

This wooden houseboat has a warm appearance and is suitable for rental and personal use during the summer months. The construction is made of steel with a wooden frame and built on floats made of polyethylene that are suitable against cold and ice. The photos show a ZOE houseboat that has been delivered as standard but the buyer has customized and furnished it further. So the mentioned price is not the price that corresponds to the photos. ZOE can be delivered complete.
Price is exclusive of VAT and exclusive of transport.
Outboard motor 15 to 20 hp is optional.
The price does include electrical installation and basic facilities but can be expanded for an additional cost.
Delivery is approximately 6 months after ordering. Everything in direct consultation with the builder.
The Zoe in red is a nice example of one of the latest versions. Ice-resistant and unsinkable floats.
