From the outset, we took the legendary Z Comanche “C” hull and digitally scanned and perfected it, resulting in an instant hole shot and stronger top-end.

For 2025 we’ve upped the ante even more by adding a host of top-tier touches to set apart this premium rig even more. New heated Cloud 9™ air ride SRS driver seating carries you in comfort, while a new non-skid traction pad graces the front deck for stylish functionality. Protecting your investment is a newly redesigned boat cover for even greater fit and security. Fishability gets an upgrade with a Minn Kota® Quest 115-pound thrust trolling motor and an optional dual BBT electronics mount keeps your graphs secure and easy to read in all conditions. Finally, a color-matched cockpit floor, push-to close latches, and compartment liner mats complement the peerless style of the Z520R. 

Every appreciable element of the cockpit, decks, and storage boxes has been revamped to complement the enhanced performance of the R Series. We’ve also gone to great lengths to incorporate more standard technology into the R Series, to not only raise the bar for the industry, but to give you greater comfort, convenience, and peace of mind.

An all-new console carries dual graphs or a single 16” unit and the touchscreen Ranger R.I.D.E. system integrates total control over every boat and engine function. The all-new seats rest on easy-to-adjust slides and the color-matched fiberglass shellbacks take the aesthetic to a new level. A key fob and integrated push-to-start ignition let you start-up quicker and deliver greater security when you’re on the road. Inside the coin box is a wireless phone charger, and in the battery box are standard lithium batteries. 

Storage boxes are demonstrably larger, thanks to a redesigned stringer system that builds on our One-Piece Feel Interloc™ Construction. The rod boxes feature our Echelon Rod Storage System with a tri-level storage shelf system that simplifies rod management and offers more room for sticks up to 9’.
