The Sterk 31 is built for the most uncompromising of people. If you want to cruise at high speed, in complete comfort, and luxury with your friends of family this is the boat for you. 

Designed by Sasha Vlad her double stepped Deep Vee hull capable of taking up to 700hp (as in this case) offers a superbly soft and dry ride. Not only is she capable of incredible speeds (in excess of 62 knots) but because of this incredible hull design she is also incredibly efficient (cruising at 36 knots she burns just 83L per hour). A unique spray rail design means the hull has incredible grip being able to carry out a full 90 degree turn in just two boat lengths even at full speed! 

On the transom are a pair of Yamahas latest 350hp V6 motors. Coming in at 4.3L each these engines are the lightest in class. These engines can push this boat to in excess of 62 knots. With the addition of Yamaha Helm master EX joystick and their digital electric steering its easily manoeuvrable both in harbour and out at sea. Finished in pearlescent white they tie seamlessly with the boats overall look. 

Inside the boat is a mix of performance and luxury with all of the latest gadgets too. Starting in the stern a large ski arch wraps the two gleaming Yamaha 350hp outboards. great swim platforms to either side make boarding a dream and an excellent boarding ladder makes getting out of the water a pleasure. Moving further forwards the  the enormous U berth dining area takes pride of place. with drop down sides all around not only is it a great dining area but an amazing sunbathing spot able to be set up in just a few seconds. Large walkways either side aid to comfortably moving around the boat. A large wet bar incorporates twin stainless steel fridge drawers, a gas cooker off to port and a sink to starboard. plenty of storage in lockers below both for food, as well as crockery. 

In the middle of the boat the cockpit sits snuggly under the T top. Clearly designed to endure the performance she is capable of it houses nav lights and aerials on top, as well as down lights and speakers underneath. The stainless frame finished in Black ties with the Anthracite trim on the outside of the boat as well as the windshield and ski arch. The rear leaning post comfortably accommodates 3 people with grab handles and cup holders all within easy reach. Immediately in front twin helm seats with lift up bolsters grip the helm and navigator. Mounted on top of Fox suspension systems she is comfortable in even the worst of conditions. The cockpit has a fighter pilot feel about it, making you feel encapsulated, out of the wind and with everything close at hand. Twin 9" displays courtesy of Q display all the relevant info as well as controlling the digital switching onboard. The Yamaha 5" display gives engine data for both engines. The Autopilot and Helm Master joystick are both within easy reach ideal for either mooring up or cruising offshore. 

Moving forwards from the cockpit two stainless pop up cleats are hidden in the gunwales midships ideal for short handed manoeuvring. A great freeboard makes this a safe and easy walk up to the bow. 

In the front of the console hides a full heads, with electric flush and holding tank, glass sink and shower. This is an incredibly spacious area, bright and airy. 

In the very bow another amazing dining and sunbathing space, sitting deep inside the hull you are protected and secure, hand holds within easy reach thanks to the stainless rails. A drop down table with infill cushion turns the area into a great chill spot. At the very bow a pop out windlass, stainless anchor and chain is fitted. 

Soft deck throughout makes her comfortable under foot as well as offering great grip even when wet.
