About Marina Bay Yachts and Richard Boland
In 1968, Richard Boland, along with engineer Leonard Farrauto, launched Marina Homes Company. They built over 50 floating homes across California’s Bay Area and Delta. All of these homes are still in use today, a testament to their quality craftsmanship.
Richard’s continued expertise in the marine industry spans decades, having delivered over 100 new yachts and established Marina Bay Yachts in 2019. His extensive background includes sales of Land N’ Sea Craft, Viking Yachts, and Riviera Yachts. Today, he represents Riviera Yachts and operates Marina Bay Yachts with a team of experienced agents, providing a range of brokerage services from multiple locations in Northern California.
Production and Quality Assurance
The MBY is crafted in Alachua, Florida, with each vessel undergoing thorough inspection by Richard, factory personnel, and a certified marine surveyor to ensure top-notch quality and functionality. Once complete, delivery options include shipping to your preferred boatyard or another destination, where Richard and the team will complete the final assembly and provide captain training to familiarize you with your new yacht.
