Deck / Rig

This 405 Coupe features eco-teak decking with white caulking throughout, including the port sidedeck, creating a classic yet low-maintenance finish. A light grey aft deck canopy provides protection in all weather, while grey outdoor cushions and sunpads on the foredeck offer inviting lounging space. The included mooring package comprises high-quality storm white/grey mooring lines, four fenders with Nimbus covers, and a spare anchor bag. Practical touches like the shower on the transom (hot and cold water), and L shape seating + convertible table / sunbed add comfort and convenience on board.

Cabin

Inside, the boat features warm mahogany panelling and grey upholstery for a timeless, welcoming feel. The front cabin boasts an exclusive coil mattress and extra topper for a luxurious night’s sleep, with additional mattress toppers in the port and starboard guest cabins for enhanced comfort. The saloon includes a convertible bed arrangement, and the cabin is illuminated by LED lighting throughout. The Nimbus exclusive dinner set (for 6) adds a premium touch to onboard dining. Cockpit & Dash

At the helm, the upgraded twin Simrad NSS 12” EVO 3S plotters offer detailed, reliable navigation. The station is further enhanced by a full Simrad autopilot system (including NAC2, OP12 control, rudder feedback, and hydraulic pump), making longer journeys effortless. Visibility is aided by interval wipers. The boat is also fitted with a Volvo Penta trip computer and depth / log instrumentation for essential performance feedback. The wheelhouse has a large aft door, a large sliding aft door to the starboard side deck and a large sliding glass roof with blinds. Port side forward seating and starboard side helm position with 2 person convertible bolster seats for sitting / standing. Port side C shape saloon with table and starboard side galley with gas oven and cooktop, sink, plenty of cupboards + extra Isotherm CR36 box-type 36L fridge - under aft sofa.

Electrical & Electronics

A Chargemaster 12/50A shore power system provides consistent onboard power. LED lighting is installed throughout, and the Nimbus Connect system allows smart integration and remote monitoring. A high-performance Fusion Audio MS-RA70N system includes Bluetooth connectivity, cabin and aft deck speakers, and USB/AUX inputs. Communications and safety are supported by the Simrad RS40 VHF with AIS receiver and HS40 wireless handset.

Machinery

The Nimbus 405 Coupe is powered by twin Volvo Penta D6-380 engines (shaft drive), offering a total of 760hp for smooth, capable cruising. Manoeuvrability is excellent thanks to both bow and stern Quick BTQ185-105 thrusters, controllable via a remote for added convenience. Anchoring is handled by a Quick DP2P-1000 bow windlass with wired remote, fitted with a 21kg anchor and 40m of 8mm chain. The Humphree Interceptor X-600 comfort package provides automatic trim and list correction for enhanced handling. Heating and hot water are supplied via an Eberspächer D6 heater / defroster and an Isotemp SPA 40L system, ensuring year-round cruising comfort. The boat also includes black water overboard discharge for extended stays. Fuel capacity: 2x 500L. Water capacity: 2x 200L. CE Category B8 / C12.
