Description
A unique opportunity to purchase a one-third share of a new Pearl 73, GAP III, with delivery scheduled for July 2026. The share is offered at £1,333,333 GBP ex VAT, including delivery to the South of France.
Upon delivery, GAP III will be based in the heart of the Côte d’Azur and berthed in Port Vauban, Antibes, just a few minutes from Nice Airport by car or train.
Each one-third share entitles the owners to up to 16 weeks’ use per year. The yacht will have a total of three owners, with shared running costs (a full operating budget is available upon request). GAP III will be professionally managed on site and fully crewed, ensuring seamless ownership experience. The yacht will also benefit from a five-year new boat warranty.
The Pearl 73 features exterior styling and naval architecture by Dixon Yacht Design, with interiors by Kelly Hoppen. Throughout the accommodation there are four en-suite guest cabins, plus a separate crew cabin, including a forward master suite with private entrance and a full-beam midships second VIP cabin. On deck, she features a Riviera-style aft cockpit with fold-down balconies, a spacious foredeck, large open flybridge, a hydraulic bathing platform, and a garage which can host a tender and Jet Ski.
