Description
Built in 1970 by Joyce Marine (Southampton), this robust and custom-designed sail yacht from strong aluminium is a true classic for serious sailors. She features a cutaway long keel, an aluminum hard chine hull with plating up to 25 mm, and a thoughtfully engineered structure that ensures stable, safe, and comfortable offshore performance.
Actually, a small winter project, as some winter maintenance/ dry dock will have to be done by new owner, she is a real bargain by lowered price.
Fully restored inside and out in 2017–2018, this yacht has been lovingly cared for and continually upgraded, with an impressive list of recent technical equipment – she’s ready to sail the world.
2 Cabins (2+3) with heads + 1 toilet head, sleeps 6
The interior offers a bright, airy layout with high-quality refurbished white woodwork, creating a warm and spacious feel. Designed for comfortable long-term living aboard for 2 to 4 people, she combines solid construction with generous volume, rarely found on yachts of this size.
The large and secure center cockpit is fitted with a sprayhood, bimini and removable side and aft panels, creating a fully enclosed cockpit – ideal as an additional living space during colder seasons.
She comes with a full inbuilt high quality furnishment, lots of new, extras like dinghy and fully equipped (pots and pans).

Cabins
AFT CABIN:
Double berth starbord (1,20/0,90 x 1,90 m) and one berth (0,70 x 1,80 m) port side each with deep lockers, big wardrobe with shelve on top on portside.
Head on starboard with handsink only (still connected, the toilet was dismounted/ to be renewed). Two opening back windows and an opening deck hatch, four ports in the sides, a vent fitting in the head.
FOREWARD AREA:
Chart table on port side, with storage drawers underneath, shelves aside and behind (electrics) and seat bench.
To starboard side a fully equipped galley line with a continuous worktop, drawers underneath, and open shelving above, designed as an open counter toward the saloon.
The galley includes a refrigerator (109 l/ 27 gal.), a stainless steel sink, a Truma gas water heater, and a gas stove with oven.
A dedicated locker for pots and pans is integrated into a seat bench, and a wet locker is located near the companionway, ideal for storing foul-weather gear.
Starboard, in front of the galley a berth 2,0 m x 0,7 m alongside and a seat bench to the front bulkhead, both with lockers.
Port side, in front of the chart table, there is a table with seat benches (sits 4) and cooling box (50 l/ 12,5 gal.).
There are deep lockers, and shelves above, on both the hull sides.
Three port holes on each side above, and a big opening deck hatch amidst of the saloon.
From the saloon, a passageway leads forward into the owner’s cabin, passing an enclosed toilet head to port.
The fore cabin features a centrally positioned double berth (1,30 x 1,90 m), with four spacious drawers underneath for ample storage.
There are shelves at the head of the bed, side storage racks, and two full-height hanging lockers at the foot of the berth. The entrance to the en suite head is located on the starboard side of the cabin. Rare to find on yachts this size: a generously sized bathroom with a full shower´s stall, a full-size washbasin with mirrored storage above, and an additional full-length mirror :-)
Four opening side windows and a large opening deck hatch provide excellent ventilation and plenty of natural light, making the front cabin bright and airy throughout the day.
