- Spacious Interior: The boat's roomy interior features a forward 7 foot V-berth bed which allows perfect sleeping for taller individuals, large saloon with convertible settees, a functional galley, and plenty of storage.
- Deck: Kiwi Grip non-skid- good condition
- Rigging: Roller furling jib, self-tailing winches, and updated standing rigging featuring spectra lifelines. Spacious cockpit with wheel steering. There is a brand new full isinglass enclosure. All running rear for the spinnaker is brand new!
- Sail Inventory: Brand new North Sails main (used once), North Sails A-symmetrical spinnaker, and roller furling jib.
- Safety Gear: Comes equipped with dock lines, fenders, anchor, and full complement of life jackets.
- Hull is 1.25 solid in great shape with no blistering, painted a beautiful shade of navy blue in 2014.
- Bottom is VC17 bottom paint and coated in spring of 2024 with 2 fresh layers each year.
- Deck has Kiwi Grip non-skid
- The interior shows signs of wear typical of its age but remains in good condition overall. Headliner does need work.
- Engine runs smoothly and has been serviced regularly. Perkins 4-108 50hp 2 blade prop, cruises at 7knots comfortably. Engine is lightly used with low hours but hours are unknown.
- Keel bolts have been replaced and maintenanced
- Quarter birth has cushions and boat sleeps 4-5 with its use
- 2 new batteries and battery charger installed in spring 2024
