Yes, she's a Grand Dame from 1973, but is spacious and comfortable below with a warm, inviting interior and a convertible dinette, settee, and ample storage.  The oven and stove are alcohol, so it would be recommended to change to propane, but the microwave works well as does the toaster and portable back-stern grill! 

Willingness is the key word;  FREE REIN gives you free rein to  put in a bit of elbow grease to bring a classic boat back to its former glory.  Her price-point is quite budget friendly:)
