Yes, she's a Grand Dame from 1973, but is spacious and comfortable below with a warm, inviting interior and a convertible dinette, settee, and ample storage.  The oven and stove are alcohol, so it would be recommended to change to propane, but the microwave works well as does the toaster and portable back-stern grill!

The standard interior features a conventional settee on both the port and starboard sides of the main saloon and the table is located on the centerline.  The port settee often converts into a double berth, with the starboard settee serving as a single.  This boat has been cared for quite well considering her age.  Here are more details about this Ericson:
