Chandu is a 1976 Pearson 35 with lots of upgrades by current owner. Solid boat, no soft spots, with lots of storage. Complete with dodger and bimini, mainsail and genoa replaced NEW in 2024, Universal M4-30 diesel engine (~960 engine hours), standing rigging inspected 2021, Garmin GPSMAP 720 touch screen, Raymarine ST4000 autopilot, 2 batteries (1 starting & 1 house), hot water with 6 gallon water heater, 75 gallon fresh water (3 tanks), 12 gallon holding tank, asymmetric and symmetrical spinnakers (age unknown), etc.
All basic maintenance performed each year including oil changes, standard winterization, spring commissioning, hull waxing, bottom paint, winter shrink wrap, etc.
