Owners Accommodations

The Islander 36 was produced as two different interior layouts, layout A and layout B. Great Blue was outfitted with Layout B. By placing the owner’s berth to port and the head in the V-berth, Layout B maximizes space while significantly enhancing owner comfort. The larger head, sink, and shower are accessible to the rest of the crew without intruding on the owner’s privacy, as louvered shutters close off the port-side berth from the saloon-to-forward passageway.
