Step aboard the unique motorsailer Gouwzee, a design by the renowned Dutch yacht designer Pieter Beeldsnijder – synonymous with timeless lines, thoughtful layout, and excellent sailing characteristics.

Around the year 2000, this ship underwent a thorough refit, with no detail overlooked.

The hull and deck have been sandblasted and professionally repainted, which not only contributes to the appearance but also to durability. The engine was replaced with a powerful and reliable new engine, and for optimal maneuvering, a bow thruster has been installed.

The interior has also been addressed: new windows have been installed for more light and comfort, and the kitchen, toilet, and cushions have been completely renewed. A pleasant, well-maintained living space where it is good to stay – both during long trips and for a relaxing weekend on board.

During the winter months, the Gouwzee has always been kept indoors, which has clearly benefited the preservation of the ship. The maintenance level is good and visibly carried out with care.

This motorsailer offers the best of both worlds: comfortable motor sailing and the possibility of sailing, all wrapped in a stylish package with a rich maritime signature.
