The Cape Dory Intrepid 9 Meter was something of a departure for Cape Dory known for their Carl Alberg full keel designs. Sandpiper is solidly crafted as all Cape Dory sailboats are but with a more modern hull form, fin keel, and skeg hung rudder, providing improved sailing performance. The Sandpiper offers a versatile design, perfect for both day sailing and, with berths for 5, extended trips.
