Accommodations

️ Staterooms- Two private staterooms for privacy and comfort. The aft cabin has a large, comfortable bed that is surrounded by easy access storage and a mirrored vanity with seat. The surrounding windows allow for great lighting and views.  -New memory foam mattresses and bedding in both master suite and V birth with mattress protectors.    ️ Galley- Generous counter space and storage that make this cool layout very functional.    -New Corion counter tops in galley with new stainless sink and new sink fixture. New back splash and cabinet handles.    -2 Top of the line low power, 12v ENGLE freezers.    -New Isotherm 12v stainless steel fridge/ mini freezer.    -Enno polished gimbal stove in new condition.     ️ Head includes new white Corion counter tops with Corion shelf above backsplash. New backsplash. New sink fixture and shower fixture. Teak floor grate. Head has the desirable Lav-Vac toilet with all new plumbing and pump.   ️ Work Room- (Yes you get your own garage!) Work bench with a vise, deep storage cabinets. Easy access to essential systems including Watermaker, Battery banks, charge controller, tools and breaker panel.

(1 wired into chart plotter and a separate with its own monitor.)   -New West Marine AGM start battery.    -Custom built davits with all new lines and Harkin block for dinghy.    -9’6 foot Hypalon dinghy with hard bottom in great condition. (With seat cushion, storage compartment, manual water pump, life jackets, outboard tools and stainless outboard lock.)   -The unicorn of dinghy outboards. The Yamaha 15 hp, 2 stroke engine, recently serviced. Looks and runs like brand new!   -Garhauer Outboard engine lift.    -Custom built stainless chain plates and all extremely stout rigging, has been recently inspected. In great condition from top to bottom. 

Galley Equipment

-Brand New Vellair variable speed 10,000 BTU Air Conditioner (and heater). System is brand new from the Groco seacock to water outlet including new pump. (Uses a fraction of the power of a standard AC unit and can run all night on anchor by battery bank. When at temp, it operates on 3 amps! When the sun is out, the batteries are power positive with all systems on.)    -5 new Sirocco ll dc fans throughout the boat.    -All lighting has been converted to led with option red light in head and work room. New led steaming and deck light. Anchor light is on a photocell.     -Salon and Nav Station have custom Kripton industrial grade cushions that provides incredible stain and wear resistance.    -Custom built dinette table to match the rest of the interior. 

Deck and Hull Equipment

-The center cockpit provides great visibility, safety and comfort. The dodger, Bimini and additional shade curtains provide protection from both the rain and the sun. The canvas is all in great shape!   -All teak bungs have recently been replaced and all teak has just been refinished.    -The custom davits hold the frame for the solar array that provides sun and rain protection for the dinghy. The swim platform makes getting in and out of the dinghy easy.    -Fully battened main sail and roller-furling jib by Mack Sails with lazy jacks and pack style covers.   -The hull is solid fiberglass with encapsulated lead keep and skeg-hung rudder. The hull is in fantastic shape with zero soft spots.    -Recently hauled out with a fresh bottom job. 3 coats of Trinidad Pro hard bottom paint were applied with new zincs installed. Also replaced most of the Groco through hulls and seacocks.    -Ground tackle includes 225 feet of G4 high test chain with a 45 lb Mantua anchor. Custom built second chain locker for spare delta anchor. Multiple snubber lines included.    -Both hatches have been replaced with new Bowmar hatches and custom Sunbrella canvas covers.     -8 jerry cans with custom covers for water and fuel storage, ready for long range cruising.    -All new lifelines and fittings.   -New Magma Cabo grill with mounts and canvas cover.    -Life Sling with pack mounted to rail. 

Navigation Systems

-B&G Vulcan Chart Plotter in cockpit with tether to chart table screen. (All charts of USA, Canada, The Bahamas, The Caribbean as well as the Caribbean side of Central America included.)

-SSB Radio with Pactor modem. (Free weather from anywhere in the world!)   -AIS receiver integrated into GPS and VHF display. (Additional new handhelds Cobra VHF with GPS included as well as another handheld VHF in Ditch bag.)    -B&G Vulcan Chart Plotter in cockpit with tether to chart table screen.
