Quarter Moon was originally the personal ship of the president of Hans Christian and custom built to his desired specks.
She remains in superb condition and is a credit to her current owners.
In 2016 - 2017, Quarter Moon received a full refurbishment. So much so it attracted the local Port Macquarie press who wrote an article on it.
The refurb included a complete repaint of the decks, top sides and mast. Complete new lighting to LED. New Raymarine electronics, electric head and plumbing. A new hot water heater, new refrigeration unit. New Standard and running rigging, all new leather upholstery in saloon.
Just some of the upgrades in 2021/2022 for Quarter Moon:
2021 - new 80ltr/hr Stella water maker with auto flush system.
2021 - new hard dodger hardtop with clears.
2022 - New head sail and lazy jacks boom covers and sail bags.
2022 - complete bottom job, barrier paint and antifouling at the cost of $27,000 carried out at Boat Works.
This is a beautiful yacht, inspection is highly recommended.
