CANADIAN TAXES PAID
Sailboat that has had several upgrades in the last 2 years and has been well maintained over the years before. He was supposed to leave for the Bahamas but change of course, the future buyer will be able to take advantage of his upgrades.
List of work done in recent years
Sealing seals for the portholes and roof x 5 2023 portholes, interior and exterior cushions, diesel tank emptied and cleaned, change of the bathroom bilge pump, change of batteries, addition of a water/diesel separator, replacement of sheet and reef lines, radar 2023, batteries 2022, addition of solar panel, davit, electronics 2017 including autopilot, dodger-lazy bag and link 2023.
The sailboat is at the Gaines marina in storage for the winter and Canadian taxes paid on it so can sail in Canada at no extra charge. He made a 4-month trip to the Bahamas a few years ago and otherwise on Lake Champlain or on fresh water.
