Cabin upgrades, water supply and Fuel tank
The diesel fuel tank is mounted below the cabin sole. The vessel’s original design includedinspection ports in the cabin sole for access to the holding tank, the bilge, and the area under the engine. However, it did not provide access to the space under the sole where the fuel tank wasmounted.
In 2021, a large rectangle piece of the cabin sole was lifted out and the original aluminum fuel tank removed and replaced by one built by the original vendor (Florida Marine Tanks). Before reinstalling the rectangular piece of the sole piece an inspection port was cut into it that the tank for cleaning or other purposes. The port also allows access to two additional tank valves so that a future owner could install a tank monitoring system or some other diesel-powered device such as a space heater.
While the bilge/frame area was exposed both the freshwater supply to the head sink and shower, and all the head-to-holding tank plumbing was upgraded and replaced, and a new Jabsco head was installed.
There are 2 water tanks in the boat. One in the bow (27 gal.) and one under the starboard settee (43 gal.)
Total water is 67 gal.

The secondary (lunch) anchor is a 25-lb CQR (plow) mounted on a separate roller to the port side of the bowsprit.
