Characteristic round bilge joggled Danish Rose 31 in very good condition. Fully solid teak extremely professionally fitted interior (1990) with attention to detail. The hull is from 1986 and the ship was launched in 1992. The current equipment and rigging are largely from 2007. The Solé Mini 55 diesel engine is from 2011. Hull shape: Joggled round bilge with long keel. Underwater ship blasted and coated in 2022: 3 layers of Interprime 820. 1 layer of Interprotect. 1 layer of Antifouling Micron LZ.
Windows: Portholes with tempered glass.

Material, colors: Executed with a beautiful solid teak interior finished with beautiful panel doors.
Living spaces: A spacious cabin with BB the galley and SB the navigation corner with instrument panel. Then there is the spacious L-sofa and a long bench on SB.
Cabins: The forepeak with a spacious 2-person bed.
Sleeping places: In the cabin on the long bench flexible SB 170 x 55 and BB 185 x 55.
Headroom: At the galley 190 cm. down to the forepeak to 187. Toilet: 180 cm.
