Description
This boat is available with assumable moorage in Canoe Cove Marina
Ecrison 38-200 was a popular model first introduced in 1986, designed by Bruce King, but shares the basic dimensions of the original 38 with updates to the deck and interior. She includes a 6ft 6 inch racing fin keel with a spade rudder, and is a great boat for extended offshore cruising and a bit of club racing. The hull is a solid composite of fiberglass and resin with some core material used in some flat sections above the waterline. The deck structure is a molded fiberglass composite with coring throughout and a molded fiberglass toe rail. The decks are well laid out and feature substantial deck hardware that is well secured with backing plates. She has an anchor locker forward and the rigging shrouds supporting a keel stepped two spreader rig, which are well inboard for easy passage fore and aft. There is a good-sized covered and comfortable cockpit with a full enclosure. Down below the L-shaped galley is to port, fwd of the double berth aft cabin. The head and separate shower are to starboard, positioned just aft of the stern facing nav station, which sits just opposite the galley. The saloon is light and airy with a large sea berth sofa to starboard, providing good storage, and the U-shaped saloon seating is nestled around the fold-out teak saloon table. The fwd cabin berth is easily large enough for two adults in comfort and has good storage in the well-crafted drawers and lockers. The whole cabin is well ventilated by the large overhead deck hatch. The Ercison 380 is clearly an offshore cruising boat with a seakindly performance-oriented underwater body.

Accommodations
Anchor locker forward followed by a full guest stateroom with double berth, seat, vanity, hanging locker and storage. Next aft is the main salon which is an outstanding environment for socializing with a huge U-shaped dinette to port (which also converts to a third double berth) and a settee/berth to starboard, plus the navigation station. To starboard of the companionway is a large enclosed head with separate shower. To port of the companionway is a very spacious U-shaped galley with centerline double stainless steel sinks. Diesel engine is located under galley sinks. Aft of galley is the owner's stateroom featuring a large double berth, hanging locker, vanity, plenty of storage and a door for complete privacy.
Galley
3 Burner propane stove with oven, plenty of storage and counter space plus double stainless sinks. The galley is easy and safe to work in underway. Large top loading fridge chest that has 2018 cold plates.
