Description
Nette Hallberg-Rassy with excellent (sea) sailing properties
The Hallberg-Rassy 312 we offer has been with the current owners for a long time (mid-90s), and they have maintained her carefully.
The Hallberg-Rassy 312 is known for its excellent (sea) sailing properties, but also for its stability and unparalleled solid build quality.
The cockpit is sheltered behind the "fixed" HR bimini with all sheets within reach of the helmsman, there is plenty of storage space in the cockpit lockers, making it very pleasant for 2-3 people. The side decks have good grip and the teak deck still looks neat for its age.
The interior is in very neat condition with a port-side L-shaped galley with running water, top-loading refrigerator, and oven. There is also plenty of practical storage space.
On the other side, the navigation corner is equipped with all switches, meters, and a dog cage.
The traditional saloon has good seating and a lot of deep storage space. Under the benches, there are also various storage compartments that can be folded up for extra sleeping space or used as a pilot berth during a (night) crossing.
In the bow, there is an underwater toilet with a sink, and behind the toilet, there is a large hanging closet for, for example, sailing clothes. In the bow, there is a V-berth with nice mattresses.

This Hallberg-Rassy 312 shows how a quality yacht can still look excellent even after nearly 40 years on the water! If you are looking for a solid sailing yacht, this HR312 is definitely worth a viewing!
