The Jeanneau Sunshine 36 'Evita' is a pleasant sailing family yacht with 3 spacious cabins. The boat is equipped with a shallow keel that integrates a centerboard. This allows for a large sailing area and makes it very suitable for shallow waters such as the Wadden Sea and the Frisian lakes, but also suitable for large open water. The 'Evita' needs some attention around the exterior, mainly cleaning the outside including the sheets and lines. There are also structural issues that need attention: the rudder blade needs to be replaced, the heating is present but not working, as is the autopilot. There is also a crack in the starboard window, but it does not leak. The 'Evita' is a neat and complete ship that you can sail away with and has had 3 owners.

The interior is made of varnished teak and the boat offers both ample living space and storage options. The salon has a seating area with two sofas and a foldable table in the middle where the centerboard control is mounted. On the port side, there is an L-shaped kitchen with top-loading refrigeration and plenty of storage for provisions. Next to the starboard entrance is the navigation table. There are 6 sleeping places in the three cabins and 4 extra sleeping places in the salon. The wet cell is on the port side next to the entrance of the forepeak.
