BELLIURE 41 - EXCEPTIONAL CONDITION - VERY GOOD CONDITION (ES/EN)
Beautiful sailboat, with classic lines and exceptional build quality and great sailing comfort. Spanish flag, registered in the 7th List and in Zone 2.
Very seaworthy, robust, and ready for offshore sailing. Belliure is a Spanish shipyard recognized worldwide for the quality of its boats, which have always been built with the best materials and adapted to the needs and tastes of their owners. It is a perfect sailboat for sailing all year round, safely and without waiting for good weather.
The boat is in exceptional condition, very well cared for and well-equipped. In recent years, a very complete refit has been carried out to modernize and bring it up to date (see complete information below), including the replacement of the engine, rigging, sails, etc. and the review of all equipment that has not been replaced because it was not necessary. We can say that if we added the cost of this refit to the price of a standard boat, the final price should be double the proposed price.
Its owner, a retired merchant captain, takes great care of it and keeps a thorough record of its maintenance. He has a record of all the work done on board and follows a maintenance protocol typical of a merchant vessel. A marvel!, and a great advantage and a saving of time and money for its future owner, who -for example- will not have to worry about finding out what work has been done on the boat and when, or spend hours looking for an electrical connection, a seacock, etc. This information is extremely important on a boat of this type.
Due to its condition, its equipment, and the care its owner has taken with it, this Belliure 41 is surely the best unit of this model on the market. It is ready to leave tomorrow to cross the Atlantic (given the dates, that would be the best plan!) or enjoy the Mediterranean now or next season.
It is a very safe and comfortable boat in any sea and wind conditions. The cockpit is very well protected. Its hull passes through the waves smoothly and without slamming, and its rigging, with two furling sails at the bow, is designed to easily adapt to any wind condition.
Thanks to its 4-meter beam, it offers ample interior volume and storage capacity. In addition, the windows in the lounge provide a great deal of light, a feature that was uncommon in most ships of its time. It has two double cabins and another cabin without a door and with two berths. The aft cabin, very similar to that of a center-cockpit boat, has a very spacious bed and its own bathroom. The owner's cabin, forward, has independent access to the main bathroom, which is very generously sized and has a second access door for the crew.
The engine is located under the saloon floor and has very convenient access for maintenance. As it is a new engine and installed in this location, the noise level is extremely low. In the cockpit, with the engine idling, the sound is practically imperceptible.
Aft of the engine, there is a very deep bilge with two bilge pump sensors, positioned at two different heights, in case one fails. Details of a real boat. It also has alarms for the water level.
