Description
Magic Flyte is a great example of one of C&C's most beautiful designs. She is in excellent structural & cosmetic condition. This is the private aft cabin layout with the shoal draft wing keel option. Highlights include power windlass, below deck autopilot, full B&G sailing instruments & full cockpit canvas. Georgian Bay sailed only & has seen light use over the last 5 years. Long list of smart upgrades to make cruising a comfort.

Electronics & electrical system -Sailing instruments are the B&G Hornet IV & Hecta depth sounder. VHF & stereo system. Victron battery monitor. High output alternator. Deep cycle house batteries & cranking battery. Automatic watering system. GPS plotter. Robertson autopilot. Solar panels & voltage controller.
Galley- Propane stove oven, large ice box with 12v refrigeration. Hot & cold pressure water. (of note: the water heater is heat exchange off the engine & 12v off the house batteries.) Ample drawers & lockers. Dual deep sinks. Foot pumps for lake water.
Layout- As mentioned in the initial write up, Magic Flyte is the aft cabin version. The chart table / nav centre is port side facing aft against the aft cabin bulkhead. Large dinette area to starboard. Enclosed head is to starboard & has a shower. Forward cabin with V berth & lots of locker, bins & drawers. Good headroom throughout.
Rig & sails - Mainsail & #2 genoa are both updated, #3 genoa & cruising spinnaker with sock. Tides mainsail track system. Hydraulic back stay adjuster. Rigid boom vang. Triple spreader rig. Hood furling gear. Self tailing primaries. All lines led aft through stoppers. Whisker pole & spinnaker pole.
