"Winds of Change" is a 1987 Nonsuch 30 Ultra with a shallow draft fin keel.
Nonsuches, known for superior top tier construction, are cat rigged with free standing/unstayed aluminum mast and wishbone boom. Easy for single-handed/short-handed sailing; hoisting, tacking, and reefing. All control lines lead to the companionway.
The mainsail and cover are in good condition. All of the running rigging is in good condition. Electrical upgrades include B&G wind/depth/speed, chart plotter and autopilot. Anchoring is a breeze with help from the electric windlass. This boat is packed with 3 newer batteries (2022).
Down below this boat is designed for comfort.
