VERY RARE FOR SALE, THIS FANTASTIC ULDB (Ultra Light Displacement Boat) CRUISING SAILBOAT DESIGNED BY THE FAMOUS ARCHITECT JEAN-MARIE FINOT AND BUILT IN ALUMINUM, KNOWN FOR ITS PERFORMANCE AND COMFORT, AWAITS ITS NEW OWNER
First example presented at the Paris boat show in 1988. It has had only 3 owners since its launch, all of whom have taken great care of it.
It has been sailing in the Mediterranean for 5 years and has undergone optimizations to sail with a reduced crew. All maneuvers have been routed to the cockpit (2019) to avoid going forward, reefing lines have also been brought back to the cockpit, and an electric winch has been added to facilitate raising the mainsail (2019), along with the installation of a chart plotter at the helm (2019).
Maintenance is up to date, the engine was replaced in 2019 (1113h), as well as the refrigeration unit, the sails are wintered every year, Teflon bushings for the rudder were replaced in 2023, and batteries from 2021.
Comfort has not been overlooked as all bedding was replaced in 2019, an electric toilet was installed (2019) along with a black water tank.
This version with 3 double cabins, 2 bathrooms, as well as 2 forepeak berths and 2 additional sleeping places possible in the saloon makes it the best version, whether you sail with a reduced crew or with a larger crew. Its draft of 2m allows it to go almost anywhere. Ballasting is possible.
